    • Could have been mine! Picked mine up from Osborne Park around 1.5 hours ago and saw ~4 other bottles (2 other C&C's) still there!
      Was expecting an apology when I tried to pick them up, but all good! Props to SCA for honouring the sale!

  • I picked my 2 bottles up from Bankstown, NSW today just before they closed for the day.

    Happy Days for me!!!

    No issues at all but I did notice they had a print out that said "Apology" regarding the incorrect price.

  • Received a call from Gosnells, WA store that my order is cancelled even though received SMS and email that order is confirmed and ready for collection. No refund received so far.

    • Just picked mine this morning after HO told me I can pick up yesterday.
      I saw another order sitting there qaiting to be picked up at Gosnells store.

    It is a bit of a mess - some orders collected, some orders received confirmation and then cancelled, some orders just cancelled.

    So I just picked up my 2 bottles via click and collect from Midland WA. Also got an online confirmation that my 2 bottles had been packed and ready to ship. All up 4 bottles for $22.95! Thanks OP!

  • Picked up from Cockburn, WA. The guy asked another person if they are still honouring confirmed one. I guess confirmed mean ordered that already picked and sms/email sent for ready for collection info. But maybe different from store to store.

    Got the apology email this arvo about my cancelled order despite having already picked it up

  • Got a call first to say the oil was ready to pick up but the interior cloths I ordered with it weren't available. They asked if I wanted the entire order to be transferred to another store that had all my items available. I said nope and just to refund the cloths. Received a call later that they were cancelling the oil due to a "system glitch" and I'll be getting a refund later. I've gotten no email or a refund. Payment was made using a giftcard and PayPal. I guess I'll have to chase this up.

    • Yea I ordered something a few weeks ago, got a call saying they had stock issues and asked if I wanted to wait another 2 weeks or cancel my order. I cancelled my order, got refunded what I paid with paypal, (took almost a week to get from my paypal back to my linked card). the order was partially paid with gift card and store credit too. They are no where to be seen, neither the store credit or the credit from my gift card. Still waiting to hear back from them!

      • My refund has been processed. PayPal refunded as well as the credit back on the gift card (a little bit annoying that there isn't a balance checker anymore, you have to do it in the cart).

    Got an SMS from Auspost saying mine was onboard with driver after SCA sent the cancellation email.

      • Yeah, the lady told me that yesterday she wouldnt honnour it . Untill she got the notice from the head office let her go ahead to honnor who been pay and got the comfirmation to pickup email.

    Bad practice from the business to message us it's being ready then saying they cancelled it when we get there. It's not hard to message beforehand and not waste our time and fuel?

    • Heaps of lucky folk read the comments. I was one of the unlucky ones. I wonder if I drove straight to SCA after my order was confirmed, if they would have honoured it. I'll never know.

    Well this does seem like everyone a SCA is doing different things:
    - Some people ordered and got confirmation and collected
    - Others got confirmation, told it was cancelled, then told it was re-honoured
    - Others received product, but also got refund

    I purchased mine early on in the deal, got all the confirmations and was understood that these would be honoured.

    Well just got the call to say it was cancelled and I'd be refunded. I asked when - they said "oh the customer service team will do it".

    It certainly does seem unfair that they are not applying their policy equally to everyone. Why wouldn't they either honour everyone that got the text message confirmation or deny everyone?

    What a farce!

    • if you have the confirmation email/sms, you can collect them in store - regardless of the cancellation email/call.

      • No the store themselves called me - so I'm guessing they have put my click and collect back on the shelf and cancelled it in store.

        It certainly is a complete PR mess for the company!!!

              @placard: Just go into store and get it, do not guess they put it back on shelf. They called me yesterday saying "your order is cancelled", i went into the store and feigned ignorance, told them "i am here to pick up a item" showed them the SMS. And it was still in the cupboard ready to be picked up.

              The guy said "you are one of the lucky ones, this morning HQ told us to honor all processed orders".

      • Everywhere should be honoring it since HQ sent a memo this morning to honor all confirmed orders. Even if you got the call yesterday, you have a very high chance to complete the click and collect.

    Even if you received a cancellation call, go into store and pick it up ASAP before they actually reverse your order.
    I got a call yesterday after a click & collect was confirmed ready. They called me to cancel the order but today i went in anyways.

    They said "HQ told us to honor all orders that has been confirmed".

    The docket even had a handwritten note saying "customer contacted, refund" on it.

    There is 2 ways to check out if your order is confirmed,
    1. does it appear in your order history? If it doesn't show then it isn't a confirmed order.
    2. if click & collect, did you receive email / sms saying its ready?

    they tried to tell me it was cancelled but I said nah, I haven't had an email and head office have okayed it

    they weren't happy but the oil was waiting for pickup behind the desk

    I have received a message that my order is ready for pickup from Lawnton, which is in QLD and I am in Victoria lol
    Plus this order was cancelled yesterday, not sure what is going on.

  • Picked mine up from the Balcatta store last night, was told i was very lucky.

  • Just called SCA Glen Waverley VIC and he told me they got the memo 90mins after the orders came in and were told to not honour any. Even if it was picked and packed and the customer notified, they just put it back on the shelf. My last hope gone lol

    • Sounds fishy. Wasn't there a second memo sent to stores telling them to honour the initial ones that had already received confirmation click and collect text messages?

      • Yeah I didn't get my confirmation click and collect text message so I probably had no chance but I confirmed with him that even if I had, they'd cancel my order and return the oil to the shelf

    Picked mine up from Sydney metro.

    I have received a message (5th Of March) that my order is ready for pickup from the store.
    Visited the store(5th March) store manager told it was due to an error, We will get our money back.Come home empty handed.
    Called the store this (7th) morning..Asked "my goods are ready to pick up ?"
    Went to the store again & picked my order.

    • Seriously how do we get a SCA rep to look at this thread and see the mess they've caused!

    • I received a message on 5/3 that my order is ready for pickup from the store. Visited the store and was told it was an error. I would receive a telephone call or an email about the cancellation and get my money back by 6/3 via instant PayPal transfer. Came home empty handed.

      7/3: No telephone call, no email, no refund. Saw the above comment about SCA honouring the processed orders. Visited the store again this evening and was refused again.

    This time they told me to contact the online store as they don't have my order on the system.

    thanks, collected today Perth, the manager called tuesday saying it is a mistake, and will be cancelled, then called the next day saying it can be collected. Went and collected, manager super nice about it, said they got another email from head office said they were honouring those that only ordered the 2 on one order, and not those that have ordered more than that separately..

    2/4 orders fulfilled - hey not complaining at all, good result for not much effort.

    Check your refunds against refund emails received, I’ve received 3 emails but only 2 refunds so I’ve rocked up to a store and see if my orders there. Low and behold, it’s there. I think I might’ve been lucky I’ve guessed the store correctly.

  • Got mine picked up friday.
    Staff werent too happy about it and said i wasnt going to get it then just gave it to me.
    I was only one at that store but another store had 62 orders apparently
    And that staff members had to give them back.
