For what it's worth I placed an order on the 11th of Feb and it's yet to move out of the "awaiting fulfillment" stage. So far all of my messages/emails asking for an update have been ignored.
YMMV of course but I thought it would be worth mentioning for anyone looking for fast delivery.
Seems to be a physical store, tried calling them? I'd be looking to get my money back after 3 weeks though…
I keep meaning to call them and then forgetting. Only remembering when I get home (post-opening hours).
Will try tomorrow but if no luck then yeah I'll be exploring ways to get my money back for sure.
Just an update for any lurkers, got contacted today by Nic and he got everything sorted out extremely quickly. Turns out the items I ordered just weren't in stock.
BBQ gear isn't exactly critical equipment so no hard feelings on my end, I'd recommend giving them a go if you see something you want.
Cheapest freestanding BBQ is $629? :/
