I bought from the D1Store on eBay. I paid $512.10 ($569 less 10% off store wide last week). I’m going overseas next month so will also get TRS refund. I’m just going to use it to record holidays, kids and family stuff.

You can't use a Sales Receipt for a TRS claim anyway.

Anyone has an issue to pick-up the order ?? I haven't got a message from eBay to pick-up the order. when I checked eBay shows "Order is being prepared. Expected to be ready for collection by Sunday, Mar 10, 2019. Please wait for a notification from eBay before going to the store." I called the store today asked them and they said they got a lot of online order so it takes time to process I will definitely get the message today but still haven't got any.

I bought another battery from JB's for $22. They couldn't price match the $17.95 (50% off accessories) deal from the Gopro so they did it at "cost" price.
So I've got 2 batteries. I guess I'm just chasing a compatible charger; the gopro one is too much.

Genuine question, why do you choose this one over DJI Osmo Pocket?
Mounting options for me - I use it on my bike and my surfboard.
Gimbal adds too much space, although it's far superior to software stabilisation.
Also, with this deal the Gopro is $200 cheaper.
Gopro also waterproof.Depends what your primary use is. The gopro is way more rugged and is an action camera. The image stabilisation is also very good for the gopro (check YouTube as there are plenty of examples) and is as close to a gimbal without actually being one. If you want more cinematic quality, then the osmo would still be the smoother of the two.
I’ve had an Osmo Pocket for a couple of months and love it. I mostly film my kids with it but after taking it down to the beach a couple of times I realised it’s probably not a great idea having a moving gimbal near sand and salt water.
Picked up a GoPro through this deal and it was perfect down the beach and mucking around playing basketball etc on the weekend.
I’ll keep both as they really serve different purposes with a bit of overlap in between.
The Osmo is great for everyday use in more tame environments, I find its form factor a bit more pocketable, the gimbal head is tiny so it’s very discreet, and I prefer its output overall.
Nothing wrong with the GoPro’s output though, plus it’s obviously tougher and waterproof so will fill in the gaps and open up more possibilities especially with all the different mounts.
WTF are they doing? They cancel my order and relist with the same price?
BTW, I am getting my second Gopro Black 7 replaced due to stuck pixel on the screen. Seems like they have a bad QC. It is backordered directly with the store as they are running low on stock. Lets see how I go with the third one.
Did you have to return your own unit? If so did they cover the shipping cost?
I picked up from store so I returned it directly to them. The other way would be to go through the return process via GoPro which will take time for replacement.
I got 3 on mine. After about 10 seconds of actually using it, not just staring or testing it, you won’t care.

You have to go to the same store where you picked it up from. Also there is very minimum stock in Melbourne area when they checked this arvo.

You can buy the three way mount for $55 on the official gopro store. Or less than $20 for a knock off on ebay.

Yep I am. One of the staff at my local TGG called a few days ago to advise most Melbourne CBD stores won't receive a restock for about another 1.5-2 weeks.
Got a call from TGG advising that there’s no stock across all stores and their quantities are showing negative.
It’s on backorder for delivery so all good - just gotta wait a little!
Ordered at 11 pm on Tuesday 12th March. Got a phone call at 10 am on Friday 15th March saying the items are ready for pickup. Nice one GoodGuys.
Interestingly, The Good Guys are now (after the deal has finished) listing the price as $579.00 before discount, rather than the $499.00 for this deal
-which means any future 20% off is going to be far more expensive!They probably sold a lot during that sale. New gopro due out around September, so the price will only go down as it gets closer.
The $499 was an advertised price they had on their website. It was just good coincidence that it ran at the same time as a 20% off ebay sale. The normal $599/$579 price is the non advertised price I believe.
Ordered on 12 March at 10:53 PM, still not dispatched. Spoke to the nominated The Good Guys store and they have 21 on order. No ETA.
Meanwhile I have already received the accessories for go pro and hopefully receive it soon.
I am holding off buying my accessories until I get a confirmation of shipment from the good guys. Just in case they have issues securing stock and decide to refund. I know I can return my GoPro accessories for free but the return postage and costs to Singapore will be annoying.

I'm still waiting for mind to be shipped - I've contacted TGG through eBay and they're saying they still don't have stock and can't give me an ETA either, and are referring me to a specific store for any more enquiries or details. Pretty hopeless.
Still waiting on mine too - thought it had gotten lost in the mail as TGG are usually pretty quick to despatch orders. I question why the TGG website currently says that they have the Hero7 in stock for delivery within 3-5 days though.
Have not received might either, ordered 12 March.
