Very portable. Excellent for moving photos, videos, data etc off mobile phones, tablets & digital cameras etc., especially when travelling. They are small and lightweight too.
I have two Sammy T5s, one to boost storage on my Nvidia Shield TV and the other for travelling.

This is a great way to move apps out of the base 16gb storage and into the adaptive storage. Particularly as some apps and games keep getting bigger and the base storage remains static. Couldn't be easier :)

What would be the different between one of these, and buying a cheaper SSD and putting it in a USB3.0 External Drive Bay?
Not sure why you would get this when the Samsung Evo 860 500gb is selling for less at $108 in a recent thread.
