  I have a phone with 2Gb internal memories. I can put an micro sd card in it but I can only store photos/ music on it, not apps. Does anyone know if that’s the same with this phone

    2GB RAM memory or 2GB of ROM storage? Either way even though I don't know anything about this phone I'd be fairly certain that most apps could be stored on an SD card.

    This phone may allow apps to SD card but some app developers prevent their apps going to SD card for performance reasons.

    Most phones are 4,8,16gb etc so 2 is odd. Are you confusing Ram and Rom?

      Sorry, the 2gb was thinking for my old phone, which was actually 1gb ram. But this is actually asking for a friend at the moment. She has a Samsung a5, cannot download any more apps at the moment so she is saying this is the main concern

        You want your apps on the 32GB flash storage, not the SD card.

        according to gsmarena the a5 has 32/64gb and 3gb ram so this is the same size or smaller

  As I understand it, when you format SD card it becomes part of single pool of storage so you don't have to worry about whether apps install on internal or external storage.

  The other advantage is that SD card is encrypted and can only be read on phone it was formatted on. If phone is lost or stolen data cannot be read (if it is locked). Of course, if phone dies you can't access data on SD card but data should have been backed up to Google Drive so it doesn't matter.

  1) Would Officeworks match this price (ebay + postage?).

  2) Which is better: This or LG Q6? Seem fairly similar judging by reviews, but LG cheaper at JB Hi-Fi. Longer battery and faster charging are great, but LG screen is better. I've always had cheap phones and the audio in phone calls has always been painful, so good audio would be great.

    I have the black version of this phone (Moto) since about Christmas and I'm very happy with it. Call volume seems fine to me.
