        Hmm that's strange it seems to work okay for us on desktop, but not on the mobile site. Thanks for flagging this - we'll investigate.

        And regarding expiry, yes the Existing Customer offer will end today, however the New Customer offer is ongoing.

          @gotyourback: All good thanks for replying. It's a shame the existing one ends today, was hoping it would be an ongoing offer persuading me to use both Shopback + Hey You for my daily coffee.

            What we meant is the $1 offer will end today, but we will still pay cashback on existing customer orders after today (it'll be $0.50 cashback from tomorrow) :)

  Let's say I have credit on my Hey You account, and I buy something using that credit, would I still get cashback?

    Hi CC123,

    What sort of credit are we referring to here? If it's credit you topped up from a debit/card, then it's fine. If it's credit from coupons/referrals, then that would invalidate your cashback.
