Of course these aren't genuine? They don't seem to claim to be, and clearly state "compatible" and don't claim mfi cert.
Having said that, I still wouldn't buy them!

Much better off with a branded Chinese one, eg baseus mfi for $8.50 per.

They aren't genuine
Look under "Lightning to USB cable, USB-connector end" @ https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT204566
Also, note the small hole/dot at the end of the cable - genuine cables do not have that (2nd and 3rd image on the eBay listing). Plus the USB end does not look like that - the USB logo is smaller and is grey. Plus the cable support at either of the ends of the cable is not as long as genuine cables.
