1. By definition, "NEW USERS" are registered users who have never placed an order on AliExpress.com.
2. Each new user is limited to one New User Coupon. You can get it at the New User registration page, New User Zone, product detail pages, and so on.
3. Refer to your New User Coupon for its expiry dates.
4. The New User Coupon can be used on both the AliExpress desktop version, mobile site and app.

    Looks to work if you find an item worth $6+, you can activate it on the page.
    E.g. This HDD drive you should see an option to activate the coupon on the page
