    I can only imagine the quality of the diamonds. I'd hazard to guess there's better quality in my diamond tipped saw blade…

      HAHAHaaa very good.

      My first job was working for a Jewellery Chain store, collecting stones and metals from various suppliers.
      Most people are shocked at the component costs of jewellery. Worth 4/10ths of bugger all its retail price.
      Saying the stone is 1 ct without mentioning the grading is nonsense.

    Oh bugger me I just had a look.
    They mean 1 ct cumulatively from a bunch of tiny stones, quality unknown.
    = nonsense trinket.

      You didn't honestly think you'd get a 1ct stone for less than a grand?

      Michael Hill's alway talk up the amount of carats on their ads. You can get a 2ct ring (wow!)…….made up of diamond chips in an ugly setting.

    So what exactly is the bargain? Nothing to compare against, no previous price..

    Just 1 carat of bundled mini stones set in 10kt gold….? No mention of clarity or colour and they have the cheek to sell it for $754?

    Just as much a rip off as Bevilles.
