  Cheapest google I can find in 1 minute is $736.
  So the install is valued at roughly $400 which is quite good.

    Guessing you mean this site? It’s $117 for freight to Perth as they’re based in Brisbane (sorry if you were meaning somewhere else that’s just one I found with a quick look).

    Retravision are selling for $798 pickup (here in Perth) so yeah, even better with installation only really being $350.

  Not a bad price. I had a Fujitsu 2.5kw/3.2kw system installed via Harvey Norman for $1198 two months ago.

  Installation can vary a lot among installers so having a fixed/known cost is good.

  I think generally, the 2.5kw (smaller system) don't require a separate circuit so it is cheaper to install.

      Nope,But $999 for a panasonic aircon installed is hard to beat. Unless you wait for an ebay 20% off goodguys and buy a fujitsu/panasonic (around $550 after cashback) and get an installer(around $450 seems to be the going rate).

  Also got 2 x 2.5kW installed from Coogle. Just put in a claim for the 2 x 100 cashback hopefully it goes through OK.
  Installers rocked up on time. Took 3 x guys half a day to install the units plus 1 hour for sparkie. Bonus points for sparkie who helped us rectify our outdoor lighting!
  Cleaned up after install, prompt response by sales, professional transaction - noted everything on a PDF receipt, ready for claim/tax.
  Tested heating & cooling, units are really quiet (indoor & outdoor unit) and works well. Got the job done, will definitely consider this mob next time.
