    Just looking through my transaction email from Shopback. I ordered 7 things in one transaction from multiple sellers on Aliexpress. In my Shopback transaction summary section, there are only 6 lines. One of the items did not track. Does anyone have the same problem? Please check your transaction email.

    Also, I am kinda annoyed that postage fees doesn't seem to included in the cashback calculation, If I had known this, I would have chosen only sellers with "free" shipping.

      With that one missing item, was that already in your cart prior?

      And indeed, postage fees have never been factored in the cashback calculation (refer to note for exclusions: taxes, fees, additional extras on the store page). Technically as what postage fees are, it isn't for the seller/store to keep, so it doesn't make sense for them to pay additional commissions on that (same for GST).

        All the items are already in my cart prior. All I did was go to Aliexpress, click on "Activate Cashback" on my browser extension, and then checkout. The only thing different about the item that I can see was that it was not "on sale", but still cheaper than exactly same items "on sale".

        I understand no cashback on GST since it cannot be avoided. Buying from free shipping items could be your other pro tip then, since shipping costs could take up to 50% of the item costs sometimes. The costs of items with free shipping are only marginally more expensive than the items with shipping separately. I could have bought the items with "free" shipping and enjoyed the cashback on the "shipping" as well.

      There's always a 1st time lol. GST and Shipping is not included. Thats the usual for most of marketplace cashback norms.

      Hi dingdong3000,

      As cashback tracks on an item level basis with AliExpress, you will still get cashback on the other items.

      However say you bought two of the same item in a transaction and returned one, you would not get cashback on that remaining one item.

    Paid for multiple items at 22:40 and 23:03 on the 28th and they haven't tracked. I went through the Shopback App on my phone and added everything to cart manually each time. Will pm you now.
