As good and i mainly have Absolute or grey goose but def would buy this if i didn't have so many from duty free.
Nothing should give you a hangover if you drink responsibly!

The whole point of vodka is that it doesn't have a taste, premium vodka is a scam.
Taste wise the "premium" ones are similar i personally wouldn't be able to taste the difference however the cheaper ones are DEFINITELY not the same they have a taste and are usually horrible like nail polish remover!
Which is why i stick to the better brands … Russian standard, Absolute, Grey goose, 42 below etc :)
