Maybe Amaysim advantage is that it is prepaid and will last for 12 months (pas as you go) after the recharge expires unlike Belong, its postpaid and you need to switch to another provider before it expire else you get charge continously.
Every time i see an amaysim cash back promo on this website just makes me think i would neva own shares in thus company - literally cant pay people to use their product

Anyone else getting the issue where Amaysim processes your order twice (charging twice and sending two SIM cards)?
This is cheap when stacked with other sim offers but have not had a great experience with Amaysim so far.
Charged me incorrectly twice. Sent me extra sims which I had to cancel twice. Stuffed up a number port as well.Wait til you use Belong. No phone support no webchat support. Only way was to open a ticket on their website and wait "if" they replied back to you. No confirmation sent via email.
I sent belong a support email 3 weeks ago to confirm the $20 referral credit and they responded within 8 hrs
I order multiple times using link here from mar30. Since i didnt get an email, i order again on mar 31 and apr1. No email recieved.
I open a ticket, no response apr 2.
I got a spare belong sim from a friend and try to port using the spare sim. Then belongvreplied the sim was acrivated and i shld try porting.
I tried porting several times, it gets error saying i have pending order and wait for sim delivery. Up now (apr5) no sim.
The belong number was ported in 30mins when cust support called me up yesterday apr4 to sort it out using the spare sim from my friend.
Up to now, still no belong sim delivered. No email recieved.
Thanks for the heads up. I did get a free sim from belong with the $20 referral credit. Not used it yet but hopefully no issues.

Yes unfortunately all $1 for 1 month, $6 or $4.97 for six month renewals seem expired now. This happens every few months as far as i knew. So you either wait, or just grab the $20 in account before that expires through end of month too.
You are also informed that even you pay the full to get the sim for month 1, you may still find discount to monthly renewals. So good luck with that too.

Was wondering if I use the referral link instead of the hyperlink provided on the Groupon voucher (Redeem online: Click Here! insert hyperlink here- https://www.amaysim.com.au/myaccount/online/unlimited-xsmall…) to redeem the 8x28 days deal, would Amaysim still recognise the Groupon voucher code as a 8X28 days renewals.No - use the hyperlink of the referral and select your desired plan ($10/month in this case). Then input the Groupon voucher manually into the promo code of the payment section as that validates the 8x28 plan, even though on screen it will only show up as -$10 discount for a grand total of $0 payable.
