  The website makes no mention of "Contoured shape gently massages feet, promotes circulation and stimulates reflexology points.", and the photos would not suggest that these are contoured?

  I also do not support taking off shoes at work or on a plane (even if these work).

  Thanks for the comments. These insoles have a cross stitched upper forming a raised rhomboid of cinnamon powder under the cotton bed. The shape acts to gently massage feet during use. Essential cinnamon oil is a mild stimulant and acts to promote circulation in the feet. The layered structure helps to wick moisture away from the feet keeping them dry and reducing the chance of bacterial growth - the root cause of odour.
  I understand you may not choose to take your shoes off at work. Many of our customers do, and women like to slip their shoes off particularly if they are not comfortable. Lots of people need to take shoes off at the gym, yoga and yes, even on planes.
