The Deal is 5 items for $120, including a maximum of two items over $40, excludes all jackets. For example, you could purchase two pairs of standard pants, and three t-shirts. Usually that would cost around $200 all up, but with 'thedeal' you can get all 5 items for $120. Great deal for some quality basics. I personally went in-store to purchase but you can purchase online too.
