      I've been using "Al Arz Tahini", but I'm sure there is better stuff out there. It is definitely better than this though.

    I think the hulled one makes the best Hommus. Has a nice smooth, non-bitter flavour.

  Thanks OP. Been experimenting with different legumes. The four bean mix works really well as a "hummus", (mixed with tahini, garlic, salt and a little lemon juice). Either that or the Borlotti beans makes a nice one, too (a little heavier, though, so I just mix in some water). Or, use chickpeas for the old-fashioned flavour but four-bean mix has become my favourite. So good!
