  I love seeing receivers now with all the good stuff built in like AirPlay, Chromecast, Atmos and DST:X! What would be the recommendation for speakers to go with these?

    No Airplay 2 support announced though. Really important if you want to send music from your iPhone to multiple sources. I've made a rule of not buying any device in the hope it will be supported in future for an Apple technology. They'll either find out it can't be done, charge you for some dongle or only put it in a newer version…

    Speakers is a huge domain of options, prices and individuals' tolerances for sound quality that is mostly completely unrelated to the receiver you are using.

  Has E-ARC so can play Atmos, etc straight from Netflix if you have a TV that has E-ARC too…

    You don't need e-arc for in built netflix app on your TV. Netflix uses dolby digital plus with atmos metadata. Which works over normal ARC.

    You would need e-arc for proper dolby truehd atmos. But afaik none of the streaming services do that. Only UHD blurays.

    E-ARC is really for people that don't want to plug their devices into their receivers and rather plug them direct into the TV for whatever reason.
