    I've seen the reduction at other Biotherm stockists (Adore Beauty), so it's not Myer exclusive.

    whats the skin consultation? do i have to stand around while someone looks at my skin and tells me what i need? Free?

      Skin consultation is free; someone will ask you about any skin concerns and recommend you some products (with no obligation to buy). Depending on the counter, they could also use a machine to check hydration levels, etc.

      Whether you have to do it depends on who is at the counter. Sometimes they might be too busy or lazy to do a consult and they just give you the sample. Other times, they may make you book a time.
