Awesome monitor. I picked mine up about a year ago for $880.37 - been thrilled with it so far.

Very good monitor. I bought it for $1000 long time ago.

  • Great Monitor. Check gumtree, picked mine up for $550 with 6 months left of warranty, that's if you don't mind buying it 2nd hand.

wats the point of these 20% off when the original price is 30% more than competitors and even after 20% off its still quite more expensive? https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Boxed-Intel-CORE-i9-9900K-Proces… https://www.msy.com.au/nsw/hurstville/intel/21934-intel-bx80…

Price jacked gone wrong I guess

  • I've had two of these in the past.

Both returned due to hell excessive light bleed.

    Guess I just lucked out.

    • fyi 'lucked out' means you got lucky.

      • Surprisingly…. means both. US/UK difference there according to my old friend google.

  • I've got one of these, would highly recommend! All these monitors such as the predator, PG279Q and aoc will all suffer from light bleed. be prepared to return and replace if theres too much of a bleed.

I swear these monitors have been around for years and it's like they asymptotically decrease below $800.

Have this monitor. Bought for this price with 10% ebay gift cards in my high end gaming rig and have absolutely loved it. After reading reviews I did try and 'notice' areas of black light bleed, and of course it exists. However during everyday use, gaming, Netflix and movies I've never once noticed it. I'm a casual user in all of those domains, so I can't comment on colour reproduction or other fancy things. I do know that the 1440p res looks amazing during game play (paired with 1080) and feels premium, with 0 issues so far. I would highly recommend it to anyone for the above uses.

  • I have one, it's amazing. It's my final solution before microled/oled or somesuch is available. You will always find bleed if you go looking for it, and 90% of people will confuse it for ips glow because they don't try looking at the bleed" area straight-on and realise….it's not bleed.

Of all things it made rocket league incredible, colours and smoothness. Yeah boi!
