    SB rep here, those comments you were referring to were alluding to an earlier offer that was not restricted to the app. Anyhow, this does not sound right - can you please PM myself or gotyourback your SB account email so we can take a deeper dive (we've seen heaps of transactions go through the app that day)?

      I used your app just on Sunday and ensured the purchase on Groupon is made within your app and it still did not track for me, the same as reported by other users in March. I will pm my SB email, I already lodged a Groupon (Missing Cashback, 07-Apr-2019, AUD69.00) but TBH I'm not hopeful that once I wait up to 75 days it will be sorted. I never had an issue with tracking when using your website.

        Thanks for the info and sending over your email for reference.

        Please recheck the email you received about the investigation, as it explicitly states that the 75 day window is only for Expedia, other stores will take up to 35 days. I'll definitely keep an eye on the investigation however.

  I have mostly always gotten my cashback tracked and if not, gotyourback shopback rep has helped me out in the past in correctly tracking my purchase. So +1 for shopback
