Must be some cancelled order or order error coming from "marker" or "toothbrush".
Checked my banks statements for last 3 Amazon sales and all normal. Even the printable invoice states a $5 Promotional discount added, don't ask me how.

Realistically you can't expect any soft cooler bag to be fully waterproof, unless you pay much more for a top of the line product.
Many other reviewers were happy enough ( for a much higher price ), and myself and many other users would most often use
this with frozen Ice Blocks or Ice Packs anyway.
Actually,this model had a plastic tub/liner like a bucket.
So should not leak anyway. They say it is crush proof
@Spending2Much: If it came with a leak-proof tub, I doubt the comment that it leaks would have been made.

The fact they give some people refunds and let them keep the item is just a bonus, but doesn't make then no longer 'good', as it's not really what a normal retailer would do .
