  They're all the same. The Chinese usually have 5 - 10 ebay accounts listing the same item, sometimes at 1 or 2 cents difference so that they get the sale. The more they have the high probability they will get the sale. I've watched this type of spamming for 5 yrs and ebay allows it.

        Being able to use it three times was my assumption as it was in the t&c which is a reasonable assumption don't you think?
        
        You should have explained why you thought it wasn't true as t&c's are usually more accurate. Just unlucky they changed them.

  Nope, totally unaware this was targeted, sorry. Found the terms and posted it. eBay normally spells it out clearly in their terms when a code is targeted. What I can tell you however, is that I successfully received $5 credit just now by jumping on chat and asking them why it's not working. They read the terms and gave me a $5 voucher/code.

    Following your example, I got on chat as well and the result was that the code is not targeted - it just hasn't rolled out fully yet:
    
    "We did have news now that this is a valid voucher, it just started and was advised to give it time to be rolled out to everyone. We have already forwarded this issue to our Marketing team so they can look into this and fix it within the day."

    Tried to scab a fiver by asking why it wasn't working, but was told instead by Aldrich that the code was targeted, and needed to be sent to me by email for me to be eligible. Advice was to wait and see if I get an email.

    Thanks for asking. Two reasons;
    
    1) the thickness is about 12mm, and the part that holds the bit is recessed, other ebay ones are from 16mm-18mm thick and are not recessed, I need as much room as possible to access the bolt holding the oil control valve, without having to move the alternator
    
    2) It's made in Taiwan, better quality than chinese made.

This was posted 5 years 4 days ago, and might be an out-dated deal.
