How is this a bargain or a deal for Australians? Having to position to Europe and get back to Australia again. The OP has now enlisted support from friends to support his/her post which is not a bargain but not willing to accept it after misunderstanding that this was not SIN-EU, it's EU-Asia.

These type of ex-EU to Asia and sometimes Oz fares are commonly available. Why the OP chose to highlight this particular fare as a bargain I don't know.

I can't see any business for $1790, the cheapest I can find is $2200+ for a business return
