I've always wanted to purchase one for my Mazda 3,2009 model,it doesn't have Bluetooth.

Would anyone know if steering controls in the car(volume,change track) would work if I was running spotify/google play music on a Android device that is connected to this Bluetooth. Or would I need a complete new cd player installed?
