Can't comment on these specifically but I bought some that look exactly the same (single compartment "expensive" ones) on eBay for about 3/4 the price they're charging, including delivery.
Not sure what the poster above is talking about but the good ones shown are definitely not disposable. I run mine through a dishwasher just fine. Maybe the cheaper/bulk ones they sell are though?
