      I had the same problem when trying to pay with PayPal so I just used a Visa Debit card that only had $2 on it (just in case)… that worked… no charge/hold on the card.

        It's a payment platform. I've seen it come up when my cc was fraudulently charged for some groupon purchases.

        As bluedufflecoat stated. It's very similar to paypal and will replace paypal as eBays payment source in the near future (PayPal and eBays "primary" relationship is ending). Also starting to see companies using it

      I'd say most people are amateurs when it comes to rorting, so they will be easily identified by companies. Others, however, are crafty, and trawl this website and buy everything using different payment systems, emails, names (probably husbands of sisters, friends, anyone they can manipulate, etc).     I received a confirmation soon after purchasing at 2am. At 1pm today I received an email saying my two curlers have been posted. As I mentioned above, I bought two with one account, and I registered with Shaver Shop for the first time.

    Huh, yeah looks like it will still be honored for those of us who haven't received it yet.

    They even put together a unique custom graphic image in the email with a 'Looks like Everyone wants curls!' quote along with the message that due to overwhelming demand, they've run out of stock but the order should be shipped within 3 weeks.

    Good good.
    Mine was a complete $0 order also.
