      Same thing happened here. I've tried both IMEI and returned the same message. OP could you please fix that?

      Need to send query to huawei at their designated email address mentioned in the promotion page. That worked out for me. OP should have no control over promotion run by Huawei.

      In terms and condition it says gift card of your choice. So there must be someway to do it but in the initial page of claim no option to choose.
