That deal for the 580 from TechFast ($210~ now thanks to just 10% deal) is still up, much better buy IMO.

  If you're referring to the Biostar cards on their eBay page, they're not true RX 580's, but the "RX580 2048SP" - RX 570 re-branded by AMD as RX 580's, for the chinese market.
