      I booked through them for my latest trip to Japan - I leave in about 2 weeks. The negative reviews mostly are by people wanting to make changes after they have booked their flights so if you don't think you will need to make changes you should be fine.

    every time i go to pay for flights on gotogate it says i put in my details and press pay and it reloads saying pricing is not available. Anyone else having this issue?

      one of the legs increased by about $30 on the final payment stage, I couldn't be botherd going through it again. which I'm pretty sure gotogate knows will happen.

    I'm glad we finally have direct flights to Japan from Perth again, and these prices are better than what ANA is offering for flights in the short term.

    Just want to point out that ANA use 9 across seating 3+3+3 in their Perth 787's, rather than the 8 across 2+4+2 that they have for some other flights.

    So if you like a little more width in your seats, this may not be the flight for you.

    ANA is the only direct operator to Japan from Perth though.

    Japan Airlines uses 8 across on their 787's, and I have used them when flying via Hong Kong and Singapore very happy with their seat.
