Putting my 2 cents in. I find this company to be a bit misleading. For example on the nutritional value on the protein pancakes it states '^Nutritional values are based on using egg whites and unsweetened almond milk and are averages only – subject to seasonal variation.'
So they are including the nutrition from eggs and almond milk.
They do include the dry weight of 100 grams and it's nutritional value. But then in a serving it only uses 30 grams. So you have to manually calculate what 30 grams of their product actually is in terms on nutritional value.
This might be usefulfor those people who are trying lose weight or count macros etc.
On the other side of things the ingredients they use are good quality.
