It doesn't work in China, fyi. Well at least from the period i was there last week. Otherwise is a normal good vpn, with all the reviews saying great security/privacy and stuff like that.
Ahh… I feel bad now. I signed up with these guys yesterday for the 3yr plan (about AUD 154). Only to take advantage of cheap Netflix sign up. But, with the IP address in Turkey, Netflix kept showing up standard US prices. So, I contact NordVPN customer service via their online form and asked for money back. Haven’t heard back from them yet. Does anyone know whether NordVPN actually honour their ‘30 day money back guarantee’?
Yes they do. I got my money back after realising i didnt get cashback as i used email address that had been registered with nord previously.
Managed to try their connection but seems slow. I signed up with surfshark instead and it had been good. Think they still have 60% cashback.

I had to send an email directly to their support email address, which can be found on their website. Reply was quick. They tried to address the technical issues before processing the refund. But, I asked money back. Got an email now saying the refund has been processed. I will wait it to be appeared on my credit card.
