Yeah they don't respond. Paypal ends up refunding you which is good though.
I logged into my account and I noticed my last 3 orders have never been received lol.

Zapal is scam and should be banned.
They also exist in eBay under different name, we only notice that when payment is made and appeared zapal bank notice.
They don't even bored to reply to PayPal dispute.

They have under few name I can't say it or don't bother to remember. But one is the one who sell the baseus fast charging pad 25 for 2 recently ( or around that price)
Onlybwhen paid I see their name in my bank account and immediately request a cancellation which then proceeded.

Avoid retailer. Never received my product and they never responded to my claim.
It may not sound like a lot of money, but this company is probably making thousands of dollars from all the people that either forgot they ordered something and never got it, or can't be bothered trying to get their money back for items never received. I for one raised a PayPal dispute with them for never receiving the item and got my money back. Useless company! Boycott them at all costs!
I bought not less than 10 items (total value of aud200+), had no issue with them until 4 months ago.
I didn't receive my purchase (orders were shipped), and raised a few tickets with them. Zero response from them. I lost about aud10+ this time.
Never ever deal with these people anymore. They used to send weekly deals to subscribers but stop doing that since 4 months ago. I believed the business has stopped, and keep on baiting on people with fake deals.
My order from 5 months ago has is still 'Processing' and hasn't been shipped. After reading these comments I might just give up on it.
Not buying anything from Zapals ever. They even did not reply to my reported cases of not receiving items.
