      Yes, it's very much an "Australian thing", I've never stayed at any hotel overseas that asks you to pay for wifi.

  Tried to search a quote and found in the week of 08/07/2019 it is about $450 a night. This is not a deal.

    Hi Cai76,

    An example is June 9. The advance purchase price (excluding breakfast) is $198.94 with our member discount. With the sale it is $171 with breakfast included for IHG Rewards Club members.
    Another example is September 12. The advance purchase price (excluding breakfast) is $196 with our member discount. With the sale it is $168.15 including breakfast.
