    UE200 is listed on the Logitech website as to coming with:

    "Protective hard case
    Five pairs of soft ear cushions (XXS, XS, S, M, L)"

    Wonder if these are included if it's a "non retail pack"?

          That's what I'm thinking.
          They're either returned/damaged/faulty units that have been refurbished or they're factory seconds that didn't quite make the quality control off the assembly line.
          Doubt they're fake, considering it is LTS.

      Logitechshop Online: Logitech has no factory seconds , it makes none it sells none, surplus from a huge deal . Mass sell off is probably the right word .

    Read this on a review from the Logitech website where someone posted that they were disappointed to receive their earphones in a ziplock bag with the following response - "Response from Logitech:

    low range UE headphones are not much better (if they are) than stock apple earphones… 4 of them isn't anything to get excited about

      Actually almost anything is better than stock apple earbuds.
      The benefit of these is that they're "canalphones" and you get the seal that the silicn tips give you. This will greatly improve sound quality as it doesn't leak and bass should be better and also you can play your music at a lower volume (and theoretically decrease hearing damage).
      If you've got 3 mates who want something better than stock apple earbuds on the cheap, these are perfect at $8.75 a pair.

    I say its a great deal if its the ones that LTS posted as a photo of the deal i.e the old Ultimate Ears Metro Fi 200 (before UE were bought out by Logitech)

    But if they are these ones, the Logitech Metro Fi 200, then i suppose it is less of a bargain but still a great deal nevertheless.

    And no as far as i am aware, they weren't rebranded. Those two have a different frequency response and im pretty sure the old ones are better.

      And yes the old Metro.Fi 200 was better but these are UE200's and not Metro.Fi 200's. So they are the one's that's in your link to the logitech site. These are really stock standard basic bottom of the tier earphones from Logitech nowdays…

      CX 300 is said to be better but it also depends on whether you prefer a non-symmetrical cord or a symmetrical one.
      The UE200's have equal cord lengths on each side, the CX300's do not.

      At this price though the UE200 is definitely cheaper.

          Cheaper postage on the whole and fewer man hours in admin and packaging for them to sell x4 than x1. They probably saw the great interest then dropped the idea of x1, unfair to those only after the 1 however!

      There pretty good however some users report that the cable is very flimsy and that you can hear the noise coming loudly when wrapping the cord your shirt. Apart from this, many find the sound very good.

      Btw I bought one…. more like 4 :D

      I got to product test these. The cable is tangle proof, but certainly not flimsy. Would happily have paid the regular retail price for them. Have ordered this deal. They're excellent earphones, my only gripe would be the lack of volume controls on the cord, but for what works out to be $7.50 a pair, I'm not complaining.

    I have a pair of UE 200vi (same thing with but a microphone) and am pretty happy with them. For a budget pair of headphones, they are pretty nice. I also gave a pair to a friend to replace her Sennheiser CX300s and she prefers these.
