Anyone know how fussy they are about what they print? ;) asking for a friend….
I used a photo of the MIL's dog with a very awkward boner (as a gift for her) and didn't have any issues, so I would presume as long as the photo / picture isn't too over the top it should go through.
is it safe to use if the image is printed on it ?
The stubby coolers are a good deal but their software is sh1t…
I have uploaded a png file with a transparent background and it still shows a
white box above the Black stubby cooler I choose. Vistaprint is much better
why don't you change the background to black then?
One christmas my brother bought a few photo mugs from a dollar shop with random families - family holidays - he then popped one in our parents mug cupboard - hilarity ensued when Mum pulled it out and was totally flummoxed…… So if you order a mug and don't pick up your photos may end up in the dollar shop…
I need to print an angry face of mine so no one will steal my mug in the office!

I personally prefer the ones from Kmart. You get a bit more options in terms of designs, layouts etc. But if you're getting one with just the one photo, better to go through Harvey Norman.
Cool needed to order a photo mug for my wife, so bought two in the end (work & home) and used a gift mastercard from credit card rewards points.
