      Normally pretty calm until they get out past the heads then can get a choppy but unless you get very sea sick you should be fine.

      I tried to do one of these around this time last year (don't know if it was the same company or not) we trekked in the city 3 times and it was called off/rescheduled each time due to bad water conditions so wound up just forgetting about it.

      It really depends on the day, you can check the swell forecast here https://swell.willyweather.com.au/nsw/sydney/north-head.html

      Today/tomorrow for example is flat as a tack, next Thurs/Fri you would not want to be offshore and they would surely cancel. You want the seas to be less than about 1.5m to be comfortable.

      Dont know anything about this tour but it's a great deal for the price.
