    • sorry guys our website was under mantenance, should be fine now

      • Can't select a shipping option as there is only the "Add a note to this order" field available so can't continue. Have tried with Chrome, IE9 and Firefox. Any tips?

      • Sorry but your website sucks. See my comment below. What's with the hostgator redirect thing going on too? It's not very professional or secure.

  • Took me awhile too, but I finally managed to make an order.

  • What's the normal price in these?

    • staticice says they are between $92-$120 in-store for nearly every state.
WA, VIC and NSW are all under the $100 mark.

      • above deal $90 delivered. hard to beat.

  • $89 at PC Case Gear

    Were $85 at BudgetPC

    http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/45191

    Now at $88 at BudgetPC

Shipping isn't included in the above prices though, depending on whether or not you can pickup the items you can get them a little bit cheaper

I think so. Let me just put on my shoes to check if the fridge is running.

    • a local purchase is preferable in case warranty return is required

  • Was going to make an impulse buy but then neither login nor recover password does anything. Impulse died.

    Can't add to cart either.

Why bother advertising when your website doesn't even work.

  • "Password Reminder to TomatoCart"

i love the password reset email!

  • website fail

  • I tried to purchase a hard drive, but the website does not work.

I have created an account, added items to my cart but it will not let me check out.

  • I signed up for an account but got no confirmation email and it won't let me login with the details I signed up with either.

There was no match for the e-mail address and/or password. Please try again.

When I try to recover my password I get:

Error: The E-Mail Address was not found in our records, please try again.

    Fail.

  • Terrible website, why do I have to sign up to an account on ns2183.hostgator.com to view your prices?

  • i wonder how much business these guys lost because of poor website design?

  • wow, their website is really bad. I clicked on the link and it had me logged in under someones account showing their information (name, email address, D.O.B etc) and and their current shopping cart etc.
    That is really poor guys.
There is no way in hell I will ever be signing up on their site.

  • I have to give WD sales team credit for confusing the buyers when including a SATA 3 interface on a 7200RPM hard disk.

you see, the max speed this modem can put out is less than the maximum speed on SATA 1 interface (BUS).
so even if the interface on this Hard disk is only SATA 1, it will still run at max speed.

in short, the RPM is the real speed, SATA 3 or not makes no different.

  • They aren't 7200rpm. They're Green model drives. Generally 5400 rpm although WD are sneaky and just say:

    Rotational Speed IntelliPower *

    IntelliPower < 7200rpm
