      I personally would much prefer to deal with Logitechshop than the 'salespeople' at some Big W stores.
      LTS know what they are talking about! All they sell is Logitech… hence the name :P
      And warranty… after the first 30 days Big W probably wont wanna hear from you and you will direct all problems to Logitech directly… which would be the same with an online store.
      Sorry… LTS gets my vote over Big W for Logitech stuff any day of the week…

      If your talking about LTS being the online store machine you trade with…. There is a rep on here that is active and engaging to Ozbargainers and more knowledgable than 99% of sell-everything counter sales staff @ big w.

        I actually agree. I've read a view reviews of faulty units, and i'm not keen on paying shipping to return such a massive box!

    big w return policy is quite generous (along with the other department stores)
    just have a reciept and they tend to accept it no matter wat

      On a side note. Harvey Norman had the LS21 for like $60 and with 50% off in there recent 4 day sale down to $30 still even overpriced with %50 off.

      Fluidtek had the LS21 last year $14.95 in there last major sale.

      1 small note: I have the LS21 & the sound is really bad. You can hardly hear the bass. Go for the Z313, on sale for $30 at the moment. Reviews are good for the Z313

        Agree totomvn. All of these are still cheaper at MSY or CPL. I price matched Harvey Norman to $21 for LS21 and even that was a waste of money.

      You are right. I think people make faith in sites like ebay and graysonline and think , everything sold there is cheapest. I have seen many people bidding on a refurbished or used item to a price, which is more than an advertised bargain price in a store.

    Not quite as low as LTS, but good prices for a major B&M store regardless!

    Some people just like shopping old skool…this at least gives them a viable option! ;)
