    Hey all. We are aware of the site struggling as you can imagine the sheer amount of people jumping onto the same page at the same time from many sources. The site will probably stutter here and there for atleast the start of the sale untill it slows down. Keep trying and you should be able to get through eventually.

      lol i work at retail company and can tell you there are so many ways this can happen… i feel for them specially since its a small operator! so they'd not really have a huge amount of resources they can get info from or get to rectify things when things do go wrong .. hahaha

        probably cloud based POS and they are at the mercy of NBN or a consumer grade internet for their store due to location and/costs… 450+ stores so i can tell you many many horror stories of NBN (profanity) ups and just general outages … in saying that all they need to do is get a 4g backed router to make sure they are online all the time :)

      I remember those ads and it gives me the warm fuzzies seeing that it's still at the same location after more than 30 years and still a family-owned independent. Interesting reading here about that. Kinda puts the website outage in perspective.

      Sale extended to 5 pm, but having said that, I've been trying to complete the checkout for the last 20mins but always giving bad gateway. Not worth my time anymore.

        Definitely better off trying paypal, was trying credit card and it would instantly die, but paypal worked for me even when i got the error after. I just refreshed and eventually got the confirmation email.

    Extending the sale by only 2 hours considering your site has consistently been having issues for the entire duration of the sale is quite a poor showing.

    Would have thought you would be running the sale again tomorrow at the very least considering there are people who have been consistently attempting to access your site each hour who are still unable to…

    How the hell can you guys post a sale and not have the required internet bandwidth to cope with this foot traffic to your site. I have been trying for almost 4 bloody hours and it's about to be finished. Really fking piss weak man
