  Cheap sh*t.
  Used to be made in Egypt using decent Egyptian Cotton.
  Now they are made in China using cheaper Egyptian Cotton with a lower thread count.
  I have been a long time R&B buyer, however I refuse to buy these anymore on this basis.
  They don't even use the R&B buttons anymore. They use an unbranded button.
  I don't think they even provide metal collar stiffners.

  SAVE YOUR MONEY do not buy this cheap sh*t.

  Further, 40% off to $118 is the worst bargain I have ever seen. You used to be able to buy these for $89 on sale (including metal stiffners, top quality egyptian cotton and made in egypt).

    This is not correct, a small number of R&B shirts are made in China, the majority are made in Egypt, although the quality and consistancy do tend to change over time, and i have been a customer since Harrolds, which also used to have some very good quality cotton and designs.

    R&B are still better in many regards than many brands out there, but they maybe losing their edge.

  bloody joke of a price. they used to be nice, totally not worth it anymore. wouldnt pay more than $80 for one of their shirts, even thats pushing it.

  I just get the ben sherman shirts now for $50 on sale, they are nice enough.

  As someone who used to work for R&B I can see that their quality has dropped significantly of late. I have a few of their early shirts and the cotton is so good the shirt is almost silky. Now it's nothing special. Plus I'm unhappy that they no longer provide metal collar stays (luckily I have a good stash still).

  HOWEVER if you can get them at a good price (~$100) I think are still better than a lot of popular brands and their fit, at least for me, is excellent.
