Took me a while to notice that… 30/6 XD

    • Care to share what it is? Just curious as none of my watched items are ever selected.

      • Gaming stuff from a random private seller, auction won on Saturday.

  • Whats the 7% meant to represent.

What shaped cubes do other animals poop?

            Tapered, irregular cylindrical … cubes.

      ashamed to do it?

I only post what I perceive to be strong offers. I don't believe this qualifies unfortunately.

Any theories why eBay virtually never discounts car parts yet they have the highest fees for sellers….?

    • +1

Because eBay drives a hard bargain?

    • I've been waiting for a code that I can use for a pair of DBA 5000 brake rotors for quite a while now. I suppose there's no point holding my breath.

  • Seems to be working on quite a few second hand items, welcome change from the crappy coupons lately.

  • Didn't work for me

  • 7% :/

  • I've gotten out of the loop with these codes.

Is this similar to previous 5% or 10% deals?
Or are they starting a whole new third line 😂

    • +3

All the codes begin with the letter P.
The specific discount, terms and conditions are decided by spinning a roulette wheel.

      • What happened to "sitewide" coupons now they are all just "selected items" which basically means there could be only a handful.

At least this is better than PLANET.

  • Oh FFS eBay… none of the previous codes with 'eligible' items couldn't be applied to a $400 item or any items from the seller I have been watching for the past couple of weeks, so bought it this morning. Now magically all the sellers items are eligible for the code. :|

    • That bites :(

  • Normally go s8 to Target to measure codes this is a failure but still happy to have another weapon that might work when all other higher % codes fail .

  • Lots of stuff in my cart but said could be applied.
Hanging out for a site-wide 10% off…. maybe they do one for EOFYS?

    • Did you try this?

      • Yep - thanks. That code is easy because it is a defined list of sellers.

  • +1

All I can guarantee is that 7% is more than 3%.

    Don't think you can 😉

7% off on a jacked price could well be less of a discount than 3% off if the price is not jacked.

  • trying to buy some LED light globes and none of the codes work, even when I'm over the min spend thresholds for PRANCE, PAPPY - what's the use of these codes when one has no idea what 'eligible item' actually correspond to

    • +1

Didn't you read the disclaimer in the posted deal: (😉)

It's a mystery what it applies to!

It's like lotto. Of course you might win. It's extremely unlikely, though.

      • Been many weeks since a site wide 10% sadly.

  • Sorry but cant you buy ebay gift cards with 5% off using woolworths rewards credit card essentially 5% off sitewide.

    • +1

      Can't or can?

  • PRANCE? What do these folks at eBay are smokin?

  • Been many weeks since a site wide 10% sadly.

Threat from Amazon might have passed?

  • Hi,

I have an item that says I can use the PRANCE code for. However, I wanted to know if I can still use the code if I make an offer on the item and it is accepted? What do you guys think?

    • Yes, if the offer is accepted, you still should be able to use the code during checkout.

    • Yes usually it works fine but not always.
Twice after winning a bid, Ebay would only allow direct payment, not adding the won item to the cart.
So I just didn't buy it as I couldn't use any discount codes.

  • This code seems to have stopped working for me. It was fine yesterday on listings I had saved then the eligibility disappeared suddenly

  • Tried it as well. Probs can mark it as expired.

  • Damn it, expired, really hate this, they clearly advertised the expires date as 30 June

    • When I contacted them they said they had every right to end any promotion at any time they wanted. Pompous lot.

      • if it has a date, they have to comply with it. DOnt they?

        • "eBay reserves the right to cancel the offer at any time."

  • Same here, expired.

  • I have a feeling there is a new promo campaign around the corner, so they are removing all discount codes…

  • I bid on an item with expectation of it being valid until 30th June 2019 as per what they showed on the little banned on the item i wanted to buy. "You can save" and showed the code and the amount i could save.

    According to https://www.accc.gov.au/accc-book/printer-friendly/29527

    Australian Consumer Law section 32
    (2) If a person offers any rebate, gift, prize or other free item in connection with:

                     (a) the supply or possible supply of goods or services; or

                     (b) the promotion by any means of the supply or use of goods or services; or

                     (c) the sale or grant, or the possible sale or grant, of an interest in land; or

                     (d)  the promotion by any means of the sale or grant of an interest in land;

the person must, within the time specified in the offer or (if no such time is specified) within a reasonable time after making the offer, provide the rebate, gift, prize or other free item in accordance with the offer.

Note: A pecuniary penalty may be imposed for a contravention of this subsection.

  • does anyone have a screen shot of showing the date 30th June 2019?
