  Hi Rep, can we do the bare minimum in customer service 101 and

  1) Acknowledge the sale
  2) Provide the customer with a shipping status
  3) Send them an email thanking them for their business and briefly describing your return and satisfaction policies.

  It doesn't take long and only adds value and credibility to your business. thank you.
