At Target in the Glen they're having a sale on some Jewellery/Headbands. When you go in, go straight ahead and it's the 2nd row on the right.
There's a lot of nice stuff for $2, used to be $15-$20. There's also some earring sets for $8.
Not sure if it's just this store.
