    I had to do it in the app, myself.

    Looks like you then have to opt in for this particular promo and see if they accept you. This is already turning out to be more hassle than I'd figured.

  First fix the $5 evoucher link.

  My wife put her details but hasn't got the SMS yet

  Also members reporting there $5 evoucher being used by others in different states implying you guys are recycling the voucher
