  Steam is probably cheaper for most people who have already have anything Borderlands 2 or Pre-Sequel.

  Steam has The Handsome Collection for $9.08 which includes the Pre-Sequel, Borderlands 2, and all Borderlands 2 DLC.

    I actually don't understand what the difference between the Steam and Fanatical deals?? (I don't have anything Boarderlands 1 or 2 or otherwise if that means anything)
    Aren't they the same?

      Steam reduces the price of the bundle if you have some content already so it might work out cheaper.
      In your case, get this and then get the free DLC - that will be the best price for you. It will be the best gaming deal you will ever have got or will ever get in the future unless this is given away free sometime in the future.
