  • not bad. is it cheaper if you remove mcafee?

  • better yet remove the mcafee and add the media kit for $2.20 and that will bring it over $1000 and then apply the coupon and the price becomes $901.08

    • How do you remove Mcafee? Also, you can remove the Essentials Help, which will bring the base system down to $988, leaving you $12 more to play with accessories.

  • McAfee® Security Center™ (Multi-Language) - 24 Months Version

Every time I received a Dell, first thing is to uninstall McAfee.

  • Great price, would struggle to build a desktop pc for the same.

  • not bad

  • Very nice - like the addition of the $2.20 item to make it $100 off!

  • Question from a n00b, are all these computer deals lately eofys related or am I likely to find similar deals over the next couple of months? I ask because I'll be overseas for a month and a half in a couple of weeks so not sure if I should get something before I leave or when I return.

    • +1

I reckon it's better to get it now, as you can also get 10% gst back at the airport. Most of them are eofs related, but with all computers, cameras, etc, they will always drop in price.

ime from a couple years ago, deals around this time still ended up being cheaper than 3 months after eofy.
