Appears to be a very good offer for those eligible for WestPac Extras. Effectively it's like getting a bonus 15% discount when spending $500. Don't forget to price-match things with competitors to extract even better value from this deal.

If you pay with gift cards + pay, can the total be > $500, or does the paid part only need to be at least $500?
Paid part needs to be at least $500. So if you had a $125 gift card and your item was $550, you wouldn't get the cashback for your $425 spend
