Terms and Conditions:

  • To qualify for the $3 Cashback Bonus, you must make any purchase ($3 minimum spend, excludes fees) at Hey You through ShopBack between 6:00 AM - 11:59 PM AEST (inclusive) on 5 July 2019.

  • Cashback for Hey You is only available when you order through the latest versions of the ShopBack and Hey You apps.

  • Limited to one bonus per customer.

  • The $3 cashback bonus is in addition to the usual cashback you receive for Hey You orders.

  • The $3 cashback bonus will be credited separately into your ShopBack account by 31 July.

  • Cancelled orders will void your eligibility for the bonus.

  • If your tracked cashback at Hey You is rejected, your bonus will be voided.

  • ShopBack reserves the right to dishonour bonuses for members who have participated in this offer in a fraudulent manner (ie. using multiple accounts). Such members may be banned and any cashback on their accounts forfeited.

  • You must have earned at least $10 confirmed cashback from general purchases to withdraw the $3 Cashback Bonus.

    Yep same. Just updated ShopBack to latest version this morning and it's not triggering the Hey You app…

    They hired junior developers to patch the app for coupon, voucher, referral etc and end up frequently breaking the app every morning. HEYSORRY10 doesn't make up anything. I wouldn't leave any credit in the account.

    hmm works fine for me. In the shopback app, clicked the promo tab for Hey You and clicked on this promo, switches to Hey You, no problems here.

    Am still trying to use the 'free coffee' code HeyYou gave me, but before it will, even though the total comes to $0.00, they demand a credit card or paypal account . Given Hey You's failure rate, I'm just deleting the app.

    It takes longer to go through it and find all my local shops are 'currently offline', than to just wait 60 seconds for a coffee anywhere I chose!

      They messed up big time with that HEYKOALA thing and tried to remove free coffee from people's account. Rushing to patch the system with some doggy identification mechanism end up breaking legitimate use as well. Remove your saved credit card before uninstall the app. Do not trust them with card details.

        agreed! before processing their statement said I give HeyYou authority to take any amount of money from Paypal at any time. What were their people thinking? The app itself seems almost unsupported.

    Hey all, for those who are having issues opening the Hey You app, could you let us know whether you're using an iOS or Android device, where you are clicking from to go to Hey You (eg. Clicking on a banner, Search) and your app version (click on the profile icon in your app, then scroll to the bottom)?

      Only balances from top ups are fine (balances from referral/unlisted codes are not eligible). There is an exception, where you will still qualify for cashback if you're using the credit from the EOFYRETURN offer last week.

      Cashback is not qualified for:

      • Promo codes or voucher codes not approved by ShopBack. Orders placed using the code EOFYRETURN do not qualify for cashback, however orders utilising the credit earned from this code do qualify for cashback.
