That's the MX Anywhere 2S which can't middle click.
The MX Master 2S has a normal scroll wheel with middle click, and auto hyperspeed mode.
The MX wheel can't be used to middle click. You have to bend your middle finger to hit the button below. This was a deal breaker for me so I went with the g304/305 from this deal.

Sorry I'm a noob when it comes to mice, so what is the advantage of a gaming mouse have over a standard mouse? Does it track better or just extra buttons for programming?
I have the MX and IMO it’s more geared towards productivity than gaming, it's very heavy and slow.
This mouse can be modded to be quite light. Comparable to the g pro wireless but at a much lower price
