Webjet Sale: Eg Melbourne to Sydney O/W from $25 (Jetstar)

42

Only just discovered this and it's been running for a couple of days, and finishes tonight, so get in quick!

Webjet has a 'BOFY' sale (this is a thing now?), and has cheap flights, eg MEL to SYD from $25 on Jetstar, Mel to Brisbane on Qantas from $169 and many more.

Travel dates seem to be between now and the end of September.

(Make sure to compare with the Jetstar Frenzy tho, Jetstar could even price match)

All the flights I checked were much cheaper direct with the airline after factoring in Webjet fees.

From a few quick searches they seem to be taking ~$10 off some Virgin and Qantas and up to ~$15 off some JetStar.
But then they put on this:
Webjet Booking Price Guarantee $ 12.95
    Webjet Servicing Fee $ 21.95

Edit: OK I found the saving, it's listed at the top. Can be up to $25 but then you get hit with $34.9 worth of fees you wouldn't if you just book through airline itself.

  • I get a $25 discount not a $25 flight. When i click on the $25 flight option it ends up being $65+ and shows -$25. Confusing

    • when u going

  • O/W from $25

    O/W = One Way?

Webjet Booking Price Guarantee $ 12.95
    Webjet Servicing Fee $ 21.95

It’s not possible to buy a $25 fare. On title add $25 fare (plus $35 fees)

Im fairly sure they cannot advertise these deals then add all these fees. Jetstar were recently fined $2m for similar price baiting.

  • As soon as I see Webjet, I know that there is no deal
